I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Horizont. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the town on foot. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the hotel had great amenities including a pool, fitness room, and sauna. The staff were friendly and spoke good German. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel building doesn't fit in the surrounding area at all, it kind of riuns the mountain's view from any other place in a perimeter of 5 km..

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. Located in the stunning Czech Krokonose mountains, this place offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, as it is right next to the slopes for beginners, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts like us. The hotel provides a range of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which enhanced our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase ski passes and rent equipment right at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Nestled up in the mountains, this hotel provided stunning views of the surroundings. The well-kept rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily, and the accommodating staff ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options to start the day, and the indoor pool and fitness center were great bonuses to staying here.

The reception staff's demeanor could use improvement, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

Easter weekend was lovely with beautiful views and exciting outdoor activities. Skiing and snowboarding were great fun and the mountain walks were amazing. The spa facilities were a nice touch. We enjoyed the warm sauna and jacuzzi, as well as the massage services. The staff was generally friendly and welcoming.

The food was a huge disappointment. The buffet was mediocre at best, lacking in variety and flavour.

The swimming pool was a decent size and always clean. It was refreshing to take a quick dip after a day spent outdoors. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the town and the beautiful surroundings. The views from our room were stunning every morning. the staff at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room we stayed in was outdated and looked like it had not been renovated for a long time.
